Product Description
Butyl Rubber 301 (IIR 301) is a synthetic rubber produced by cationic polymerization of isobutylene and isoprene under the action of Friedel-Craft catalyst. It has excellent air tightness, good heat resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, solvent resistance, electrical insulation, shock absorption and low water absorption properties.
It serves as a raw material for tires, sealants, adhesives, rubber sheets, and specialty industrial components.
